Get an engineering degree and start working for a mine. If you want some respect reverse the order.

What should I major in?

Any kind of engineering is probably okay. Most "engineers" work functionally as shift managers, project managers, and system owners/maintainers so they don't have to engineer shit. Some colleges probably have majors that are more specific to individual kinds of mining but they're probably in bullshit places like North Dakota. Industrial safety is also a big topic that largely gets glossed over. The least qualified senior manager at most plants is the safety guy.

These are my options, what do you think wouldnbe most relevant? Also do you think minoring in Logistics ans Supply Chain Management would worthwhile? Or better to take more engineering papers?

I don't think your schooling is going to do that good of a job honestly. Universities are usually super heavy on the theoretical stuff and woefully short on the practical stuff. Some cocksucker who works at corporate forwarding you the right emails is going to be more relevant than any class you can take.

So I shouldn't bother with uni?
simple, get yourself some mediocre computer parts, really nice GPUs, and a reliable electricity provider
download the mining program for whatever you want to mine, and walk away.
Maybe you haven't heard, I don't shine shoes no more.
