Hi /biz/. i have an idea for a web and app online service company, and i got no computer skills
My friend and I have a combine saving of $25k....
Should we partner with a developer or hire a company to create the web and app?

You can't afford a good app developer.

You should split the company 3 ways, you, your buddy, and the app guy. Shop the idea to a few app guys VERY carefully.

Just gloss over the very top layer of the general idea with a few app guys, see if they are interested in partnering and building the app. Once you have got your guy, get to building and marketing the app.
