Daily reminder that the best way to make real money in the stock/bond market is by investing other people's money and most people who work at investment/fund management firms don't even invest their own money (except in 401ks and IRAs)

All good and well, but unless you're incorporated or ready to fuck over individual people trusting you this is useless advice.
That being said; incorporating and getting sizeable loans to play with might be a very profitable and risk-free venture. Just gotta find someone stupid enough to lend you some big bux without personal risk to you.

Negative gear/offset losses/only pay back interest is literally free money.
Banks are narrow minded, thinking money is in mortgages.
Can't wait to be CTO of a bank and show it how to make some real fucking money.

what's a bank CTO? I most only know about fund management and wealth management
too stressful to manage other people's money and dealing with their bullshit. i've actually declined offers to do this.

managing my money was stressful at first, until i had an diversified asset allocation that let me sleep at night. took many years and market lessons to get to that point though
Any landlord does this via mortgages and helocs. It's called leverage
