19 years in business, 17 of them online, but in the last year, things have just gone south in a hurry. Everyone wants free/$5 or less shipping in a time when it's more expensive than ever to ship, people are always complaining even when it's their fault for not reading policies they check off on saying they've adhered to, overhead keeps going up - a really terrible time to be in online retail for sure.
Just wanting to know if others are going through the same shit, it has been depressing to think I may have to close when I reach our 20th business anniversary.
