I'm on the Amazon call tonight.
How do the pro's analyze these things for purchase decision so fast.

Long? Neutral?
Care to educate an idiot n00b?
>>1409729
long, bullish, price goes up
neutral, meh, price not changing significantly
short, bearish, price goes down
>>1409731
So you're saying you should have bought as the stock was going long?
>>1409701
They enter the info into their model as soon as it released. Ideally a bot enters it for them.
>>1409735
no. I don't have the capital to go long stock with amazon.
My position was built with options.
I have a slightly greater than 1 standard deviation iron condor on.
Long Call @ 805
Short Call @ 800
Short Put @ 710

I guess the real question is where did you learn?
>>1409750
tastytrade
>>1409757
overall nope way down.
but that was due to my own inability to hold onto the positions. I started with 5k.
If I could have held them and done as I pleased with my account, I would have been way up.
Basically I started with too little money and went too big too soon.
I'm saving as quick as I can the 35k I'd like to start with.
