Fantastic Lure Friend!
I Rate that very highly!
Seriously? Subways cost that much to start and even after all the expenses you have to pay to the company you still make at leat $50k a year profit.

HVST will pay you an easy 12% per annum, combined with a margin loan that return will increase. Also try out VTS if you want AMERIBUCKS because it's an unhinged etf in usd.
For real though, you have enough to potentially buy a property in the USA, I've done it and it's a pain in the ass (need lawyers to even open a bank account, mortgage situation is shaky af).
I did it via a self managed super fund, if you have 200k in savings your super will likely be a similar figure so you can make it a smsf and buy a place in the USA.
I got a two bedder apt in a shifty part of Brooklyn that's gone up like 30% in two years thanks to bearded bicycle men.

CommSec margin loans are given out like candy, combine with any high yield (not just hvst) because all interest is tax deductibl. Reinvest dividends for a tax loss and then sell in a few years, with a tasty tax loss and CGT that is half your income tax, congratulations your now negative gearing.
