With Bernie Sanders officially out of the race, I find it interesting that Donald Trump is now the candidate wishing to reenact Glass Steagall. I am a fledgling business/economics major and do not know too much on the subject and I was hoping /biz/ could help explain some of the finer details to be that I can't find on /pol/ where people just yell "BIG BANKS BAD" and "GAS THE JEWS" and shit like that.

trump will just say anything, 6 months ago he said that he was going to deregulate big banks to give them an incentive to invest and wall street went of the wall, now he is saying he'll re instate glass Steagall and wall street is cuddling.
trump is obviously courting Sanders supporters and he isn't even subtle about it I think he has no subtle concept.
I am smart enough to know trump is flip flopping ass hole and even I went what?
