Try to figure out what happened. Did they loose some important contract? The director was sued because sexual harrasment? The feds arrested someone because a fraud was discovered?

Depending on the reason, there's a small chance this company may bounce back and you can save some money, or is time to suck it up and deal with the losses.

Although, to be honest, this is the largest drop I have seen that haven't appeared on the news or some specialized medias, like forbes.
