How long until we start to see Mortgage/Housing market growth due to certain locations having Pokestops or Gyms on them?
Medium/Small business are already using in game Lures to attract new customer bases with most places offering free or discounted products if you play the game.
Can we put a tangible price on a pokestop or Gym location yet?

People who play PG are usually poor millennials. You have to wait for all their parents to die off and then to inherent the money before any of this becomes feasible, and even if it does, it'll just be an icing on the cake kind of thing.

Pokemon go is a meme that will completely disappear in a month or two. Anyone who would pay more for homes near in-game landmarks is deluding themselves if they think it will be *remotely* relevant by the time they look to sell the house.

I would devalue the home if the salesman told me it had anything to do with pokemon. I do not want to deal with that audience within 20 feet of my house on a day to day basis
Go have your fun in a park and get off my lawn
