Do you know of any way to open a bank account somewhere without linking to some ID and using some online form?
Not for something illegal, my goal is to get a CC that I can "recharge" whenever I want with some amount of money, and use it internationally
I tried getting the PayPal cc, but it didn't work, probably because I don't live in the US.

my understanding is you get an anonymous mastercard that you can top up anonymously.
and with this card you can even reg paypal in theory.

there are tons of debit cards you can reload with cash just swing over to walmart

go to whatever is your countries equivalent of walmart is, wherever poor people with no bank accounts go to get plastic
