It will surge before the press release. Always does. Then depending on perceptions, it will shoot up or scale back. Now is a good time to buy.

it's not just the iPhone. in its modern history, this is the time period where they've had the most hardware models overdue for upgrade.

we won't see the entire line up change in the fall, but it won't just be the iPhone. if i had to guess, the new macbook pro and maybe monitors, but i haven't done any research
