I've always wondered what I'd do if I won one of the 100mil+ jackpots.

Like, what's the current jackpot after taxes? Around 200 million? As part of the peasant class, I'd have no idea how to continue living properly after that sort of financial rocket in net worth. I'd probably at least try to bet a million bucks on green at least once.

If I suddenly got 200 million, I'd first put 100 million into whatever long-term investment plan my rich uncle advised me to. 100 million ought to be enough to live on interest forever, since even 1% interest would be 1 million a year.
Then I guess I'd move to Japan for at least a few years. With that kind of money I could buy a nice house in Tokyo and be safer than in pretty much any city in the US.
