Why is there no European roobin hood or acorns? It seems like these companies found a gold mine yet there is no simular service for European markets. Is it impossible to do from a legal point of view? If they are just delaying release for no good reason how much would it cost to beat them to market in europe if I hire russians to code the entire thing? I mean the alibaba guy basically just translated ebay into moon runes and he is hailed a buisness genius.

I thought he was from England.
Did the movie get that wrong too?
Basically, Robin Hood is just a very shitty service, BUT it is for free. You are able to trade stocks at flat rate prices of about 4-6 Euro per trade regardless of volume in the EU. These brokers offer mediocre service, but your money will be liquid the moment you sell. Robin Hood's business model relies upon freezing your money for some time, so think about this. If you are that poor that 4-6 Euro/trade will be an issue you're not really playing the game anyway.
I wonder what the legality would be for a trading market that lets you use BTC instead of normal currency. Complete anonymous stock trading that anyone in any country around the world can participate in.
