Support got back to me in a day or so we're really helpful. But that is my experience

Use Yobit for day trading shit/memecoins in small quantities (I'm talking .5 BTC MAX in your account at any time). Poloniex for everything else.

Only use C-Cex/Bittrex/etc. if there is a specific coin I want to trade that isn't available on either of the two aforementioned exchanges.
