Anyone else think Enron had a really good corporate culture? The objectively worst employees at Enron were regularly culled and hyper competitiveness was encouraged.
"Teamwork" is a sham. I'd rather have all my coworkers die in a train wreck than take a pay cut and everyone else probably feels the same.
Enron was right to use this to it's advantage instead of preaching "synergy" or whatever.
>Buying into the "cream of the crop" meme
>tfw you never got to work at Enron
Would of been one hell of a ride

You should go work for Bridgewater, they have the same type of cut-throat, stab each other in the back type of atmosphere. Also it pays well.
Do you guys think Enron fixed Florida for Bush

It seemed pretty terrifying to work for them. They would regularly bump the bottom employees based on these super aggressive performance reviews that were mandatory.
Still trying to wrap my head around how they attempted to trade energy.

I actually watched The Smartest Guys In The Room which basically makes me an Enron expert
[/sarcasm]
I got the impression they were really trading energy futures.
