Get connections with non suspensious people and go to the powerlines and cut them. Have the people Go to the cell towers and sabotage them all in one night. No one knows what happened or why. Interrupt the news feed with le spoopy 4chan hacker telling them to legalize weed n shit(actually doing it for the lels) or i will do it again to a bigger area.
