what do to get motivated again, help me
I hear the same from my brother puking down a 6-figure salary for development.
You both need a project of your own. Not shit enterprise cobbling for shit management, something you're interested in. I write software for my own business and I get great satisfaction out of doing it my way instead of settling for some durkadurka's cobblework.

Finish the job you can't quit but put your CV out there during that time aiming for a senior software development position or if you're too stressed by the whole industry you could try something creative like 3d modelling, indie game development, fx, start a educational youtube channel to tell people what you've learned from your 3 years and vlog when that's exhausted or do something completely different like working at a gay bar
