So I filed a trademark and got it approved. Bought the domain for $3000.00 and now will do a Madrid Process for the top nations in this world. My question is, what really is a trademark and how much does it weigh? Let's say my class is Toys. Do I technically own this name mark for toys?

Lol. I'm a recording artist and this trademark gives me hope every morning that tomorrow will be a better day if I keep trying to reach my business goals. I contact lots of hedge funds showing them my performances and my trademark and so far gotten a reply of message received.

So Madrid Process would be required if I'm afraid of someone outside of state will be using my trademark? I plan on renewing and telling my future kids to renew too.

Also. Would you think a trademark has the same weight as a college degree if executed correctly? Parents nag I don't have a degree but work in tech sales selling SAAS seats. Just turned 24.
