Was /biz/s thoughts on manual labor businesses? Window washing, cleaning driveways, washing cars that sort of thing.
Nobody will pay for it.

Why not?

it's pretty good to make some side money, just not a livable wage unless you expand and become the owner while others work for you

this is the problem.
I used to mow yards and pressure wash houses/driveways, but people just want the job done. they don't care if its you or a Mexican doing the work, and a Mexican will undercut you on cost every time.
If you are going to spend 4 hours pressure washing someone's house and driveway, you are going to want to be paid for your time. So you tell the people $200. Then a fucking Mexican tells them $100. You just lost business.

And it doesn't matter why they're cheaper. It could be anything from slipshod work to using raw sewage instead of water. As long as they're even 1 cent cheaper, the immigrant will get the job.
> not pretending to be Christian/Mormon to get that exclusivity
You'd also get access to some qts.
