I translate content from Chinese to English, for news about crypto, commodities, real estate, etc., and I would like to turn this content into an additional revenue stream. What are some reccommendations to get a website off the ground? Or do you think I am wasting my time? Website is built and ready to go.

fiverr is a good start to build a client list and prove that you can actually translate worth a damn. offer your services for bloggers and build a portfolio as well as good references. i could use a service like yours. check linkedin for others like you and see what they charge. i imagine it's a per word basis and more technical stuff costs a little more.
