I was able to look through *most* of the motions that were filed in the case but not all of them and so I'm not sure what legal remedies Apple still has at its disposal.

They've appealed the case once and it was returned to the lower courts where VirnetX won an even bigger judgement. This latest motion is for enhanced damages which would be great, but I'm not sure whether Apple will just go for broke and appeal it to the Supreme Court which I *believe* they have not done yet.

The courts decision was a case that peripherally affects the holders, but it's more so about a battle against VHC that Apple has already lost. By the end of the day it will stabilize around the mid $5 range. Keep in mind trying for quick gains like we've been doing is always risky.

If you'd like to sell at minimal loss then wait till it hits around $5.50. I suspect a lot of AH activity tonight. I will be holding, but like I said get out at around 5.50 if you're scared to hold.
