hey all this is not worth a thread so yeah use the thread for something else, but
>just turned 21
>earn £24k/yr because skilled ($35k)
>financially independent since I was 19
>never ever asked anyone for money
>don't spend money on anything (just rent, food and alcohol. photo equipment here and there)
>apply for CC
>get a 6.4%APR £1.4k limit mastercard
is that good? I don't even need a CC and I will use it just the same way I use my debit card. I applied because I was bored and someone told me it's good to improve credit score? I don't think I need credit anyway

>I don't think I need credit anyway
you do if you ever want a car, home, etc
>>1315768
I don't know but I earn 40k USD and have over 200k in available credit.
I fucked up and got 25K into debt... it doesn't look bad on paper because its hardly over 10% utility....
Feelsbadman.
Don't get anymore credit card.

use the CC to build up a good credit score and make sure to pay it back every month. It'll make your mortgage cheaper if you need it.

That's true. I live in London though so I won't be able to buy a house or a car in my life. Ever. I don't plan on staying here forever though.

I have a brain don't worry.

That's the only reason I got it, to improve credit score.
So I'm assuming a 6.4%APR credit card as first credit card is alright? I wish I could ask my dad, he worked in finance.
