What the fuck is happening? Why?
And above all: Any chance the trend will turn around in the next 3 months?

BREXIT is triggering flight to safety.

So if Brexit happens will it be 1:100? Or will it after a while stablize again at 1:130?

no chance at all

I think they'd lose more confidence after an exit, might be a good opportunity to gamble on a rise in value of the GBP after it drops.

No body has a clue what will happen if the vote is for BREXIT. The vote isn't even legally binding so BREXIT could be postponed indefinitely. There's also the risk of BOJ intervention if price falls too fast. Making a prediction on specific price level is futile. I expect EUR, GBP to be sold off until the vote, if the vote is remain then I expect the trend to reverse and EUR GBP will get bid to some yet to be determined price level. If the vote is leave then I expect a sharp sell off, possible BOJ intervention, to a possible repeat of the SNB event where the FX markets nearly broke down, or it could cause a quick sell off then a rapid reversal as the market realizes the BREXIT process will take years, that is if it goes through at all.
