Like anything, if the group isn't shit, it will help a lot. If the group is shit, you'll have to figure it out for yourself and just better yourself. Def worth a try if you ever plan on moving into a management role.
Recommended. Even if you only go a couple of times and it turns out it's not for you, you're not out much money and you'll meet new people.
