Not really, both.
It can be kind of safe through technical analysis or trend riding/news surfing but nigga it just ain't worth it in the long run IMO, it's true that you can make an insane ammount of money in one day but in just one turn you can lose everything. It's an all or nothing situation, big risk and big wins and it is the closest thing to 'betting' in the stock market.
