anonymity and bitcoins aren't possible unless you trade locally with some guy for paper as far as i know. I would check localbitcoins.com and see if you can find anyone else from your country. Trading locally for paper is actually illegal in some countries like the United States heh.

well I don't see a point in anonymity with under a thousand dollars, sure it's a lot down there but frankly, being anonymous shouldn't be your first priority as no one down there is going to come after. having north american connections is your best bet, transferring to USD is a smart idea but for tax purposes split the money in two just in case, if you cant then simply send your money over, have the person buy BTC and send it to your wallet, if you want an extra layer of safety, switch it between other cryptos like ETH or Trump coins and back to BTC

Find out if its illegal or not, frankly making a crypto illegal is just unlikely, its like banning banks from exchanging whatever your currency is to USD or CAD, you can't ban a currency. Either way, having European or North American connections is your best bet, if not, simply pay it with your bank card, assuming it is legal
