>apply for part-time job for monkeys
>"do you have any experience?"

>"OK we'll call you back don't call us we'll call you"

This happens every time. Surely this didn't happen before. Why now?

It's partially the Boomer's fault for wrecking the economy.
It's partially Gen X's Fault for jobhopping so much nobody wants to invest in their employees.
It's partially the Millennials' fault for having a chip on our collective shoulder that turns employers off.

But mostly it's long range economic cycles.

It's so fucking easy to get a part-time shitty job at McDonalds or Walmart, you probably just look like a shitstick

Like seriously all you have to do is convince one interviewer you're not a thief and not a nigger who will show up late everyday smelling like weed, how fucking hard is it to present yourself to one fucking person?

> No experience
> No skills
> No charisma
> No connections
It's an employer's market, OP. If you have no connections, charisma, skills, or experience, you're fucked.
Or you just apply for a high turnover job, work there a while, and get a reference to move on.
But, of course, you're too beta to even get an entry-level fast food burger prodder job.
>>
lie on you'r c.v or resumé . make up a similar company to the one you are trying for and have a friend give you a phoney reference . worked for me

so what do if too beta to get an entry level burger flipping job

A lot of people say you should go work at McDicks or find something retail, while that's the usual route there are some alternatives to that too.

Talk about shit you did in school, if you did any clubs or anything like that. Also any work you've done for friends and family works as well, then just give them as a reference to corroborate your story. Hell, anything where you're doing work type stuff works fine, I've listed being a GM as work experience before and it ended up being a good conversation starter at interview.

If that doesn't work, start volunteering at some charity for a while and then you can use that as work experience after a month or so. It's the same deal with the family thing, just ask the person who's running that charity branch if they're willing to be a reference for you. It's doubly good becuase then not only can you say that you have experience working, but also becuase it allows the individual hiring you to virtue signal and tell people that they just hired a dude who does a bunch of charity work and it makes them feel like it dick when they turn down the person who has been volunteering at a homeless shelter for the past three months.

Past that, when they ask why you have this big gap in work experience then just tell them that you weren't really as invested in your life up until now but that you're sincerely intrested in changing that and joining the workforce. If nothing else people appreciate honesty.

Most people aren't really looking for the person they think will be best for the job, they're just looking for someone they feel good about hiring and that they hope will fill the position well enough where they don't have to think about it anymore.

Either vote socialist, or rely on your parents.

There is no room in society for beta fucktards any more. Learn to network, or perish.

Please tell me you're trolling and you don't actually believe this.

>literally romanticizing bad economic times.

If this is some shitdick retail job just make it up and make it believable

They just want to hear that you've worked in a "fast paced" environment, literally no one checks your references until it's for a legit job against other competitive job offers
