Had a great second interview at an investment bank in London.
> 70 - 100k for project support role.
I only got an interview by pestering someone on LinkedIn. They stated it takes a month to decide and they have had over 400 external applications.
If I make it, I'll be so damn happy. Oh, I'm 27 with a Bsc and have worked in engineering thus far.

Yet another engineer that saw the light of financial services. Welcome aboard (hopefully)!
Pro-tip: save those fucking bonuses man
how exactly did you "pester" them.. or even find them for that matter, also will you be living in or outside of london
OP here.
I saw a VP at an investment bank create a status about creating a new team. I messaged and stated if he needed PMO support, to let me know and a few months later, I was invited to interview. I have tried to get interviews previously by applying conventionally for roles but always get rejected.
I am praying to get this.
I will live outside of London but work in central.

I may have messed it up; I have another job offer to work abroad and so told them I couldn't wait a month for an answer and they were quite stand offish about it.
I'll keep you chaps updated.
Also, I'm white, working class from the UK.
