Do you have an organisational system? I wrote down deadlines but I feel cucked whenever I try to make schedules or to do lists that relate to important tasks.

Everyone will probably need one at some point if their tasks get large and complex enough and if standards of quality get higher.
But at the moment, completing tasks on impulse appears to be the most gratifying and efficient. Got comprehensive finals on organic chemistry later today and I haven't studied. Never felt better just doing things when I feel like it.
Unifag here. Having to wake up at a certain time to go to work must suck balls. Are flexible schedules common for wage workers? What jobs offer flexible schedules?

I keep a To Do List and refresh it every day (delete completed stuff, make small notes on what I've done that day, add new tasks) by hand.
For regular (daily/weekly/monthly) tasks I set up calendar reminders and they just pop up on my screen
I keep close-to-0 Inbox policy - if something doesn't require my action, it gets filed away immediately. The items that I need to do, I flag and get to them eventually.
Also useful for e-mails and small tasks - if something takes less than 5min to do, do it now. These tasks are not worth piling up and it's not fair to make someone wait for your input 2 days when it takes you 2 min to type out.
