business ideas needed!! what could I do with a smaller plot of land (10-20 acres)? ive come to a blank other than sheep ranching. (other kind or ranching is improbable in the desert). cactus farming? im really kind of at a loss. any ideas would be great, and no theres not a house out there or utilities, but I CAN get it all out there.

How much subdivision would be allowable for the land?

and that's actually really good, but there is a popular RV resort right down the road next to a state park. its next to a ghost town lol literally

What I mean is that if you could subdivide the land into smaller plots of land you could sell each of the land parts separately for far more.
However since you seem to not have any idea what I mean plus you don't seem to actually have the land already I am going to assume that wouldn't work.
Solar energy.
All it takes is some cleverly arranged pieces of wood, that are covered in aluminum foil on one side.

I thought about that last night, and you just made it economical for me by making my own. didn't know I could do that. thanks, I can sell it back to the city

Aside from funds to buy the land, how much do you have to invest in addition to create something?
leverage the land, using it as collateral, and play the waiting game for appreciation.
