I'm putting this out for people that are interested in doing some Art work for a 2D game.
This would be something you do out of interest for game's and art.
You will have the freedom to design a character and all the other sprites/art needed.

Something that people would say
> You will not be paid for this but you can put it on your CV, portfolio, etc.
I’m a student. The market is cruel. So yes you will not be paid (unless the game make’s profit)

Why 4chan ... I was a guy who had to put a lot of effort into getting accepted into "game development course's" (Belgium)
Thus I want to open a door for someone who is interested.

I know you might be scared that there is a lot of work involved and you might not know how everything is done. But I will be helping you out with things that you have trouble with.

If you are interested
The general Idea would be to create an Archer character and a fellow raven. I don't want to restrict anyone on the art style you want to use.
just to give some example's
- pixel art
- painting like (flowy)
- vector art
- vector art (no gradients)
or whatever you have in mind

I know some people wont agreed, but search through furry artists in e621.net, furaffinity or where ever furries are. Sure majority of the art is porn...but notice how many high quality pictures of detailed sperm splashes and facial expressions are produced and displayed publicly for free, now ask one of those artists to draw some basic 128x128 items for a 2d game. Just a thought.

Sorry, lad, but no. There is no barrier for entry with indie game development beyond the requirement that the game's creators have the skills to make a halfway-decent game. You're not holding the door open for someone - you're standing in an archway and pantomiming holding an imaginary door open.

Ideas for games that COULD be good are incredibly cheap. Do you have any examples of previous work that might convince artists to buy into your project?

I'm a swift developer for a fairly large company in Japan.

I've been looking around for art assets that I can use for 2D development on the mobile platform for just personal fun.

If I make a game, it would probably be released completely free. Is that something that you'd be ok with?

Even then, games take time and you have to be ok with project pivots and abandonment (Which is very likely to happen anyway because most "indie" developers are lazy mother fuckers).
