I work a warehouse job as a supervisor. I make 12.50 an hour with a shift differential of .50. So 13 an hour. My work decided from here on out they are going to only hire through agencies. A supervisor in another department quit so they "promoted" one of the full timers to supervisor without giving them the title and tacking on a bonus to their checks. That person makes 11 an hour. The bonus they gave them was 200 extra dollars each paycheck. Which is weekly. So this person is making more than I am. Is this allowed? Is there anything I can do? I'm not in the know about laws and you can be terminated for talking about each other's wages. Should I just forget about it?
>you can be terminated for talking about each other's wages

Wasn't supposed to be an argument. Just a relevant fact.
