I'm back from college and I'm taking over the family's economy. I haven't used Excel that much, let alone accounting stuff.
Which are the best resources to learn Excel from zero to God himself?
Which is the best to learn how to track expenses and earnings?

To begin, torrent the Lynda.com Excel tutorial videos
1. just jump into Excel and start playing around with the buttons on the ribbon and the toolbar.
2. learn how to format numbers -- currency, time, date, text, and so on.
3. the videos will teach you how to make a table -- this is the first big step
4. then you'll learn how to format cells, rows, columns, and tables
5. adding charts is easy, once you have a table with data.
6. each cell can have code called a Function.
7. jewtube has excel tutorials on how to make financials, such as a Profit & Loss and a Balance Sheet.
