Get lucky and win the wall st lottery. Unless you have a lot of capital to work with initially it's going to be hard to make large amounts of money, and you won't be able to do it just by trading stock.
Generally risk=reward but it can just as easily mean big losses. You can make solid money with bonds and mutual funds and investing in an index but you aren't going to get rich. You'll retire comfortably.
