Girls in the porn I watch constantly struggle to find a good mounted dildo to ride. I've seen the big 8inch realistic ones with a suction cup, but they are awful. If you are Chinese, and can speak to the manufacturers, you have to figure out a solid metal mount that girls can screw the dildo on top of.

Sex toys are a very niche market. You can't expect to move product very quickly just with that. Diversifying your stock helps.

Advertising is a good first step, but one criticism I'd give is that you're not telling anyone what it even is. Not everyone is well versed in the adult market. It kind of looks like you're selling women's vibrators or perfume.
