Yeah, I'd get them to do my dirty work. Being a psychopath doesn't mean you kill people. It means you have very little to no empathy for others. They can do things others wont be willing to do.

Yes, psychopaths make great managers (they are not going to lose sleep over firing someone) and have great self discipline. Churchill was likely a psychopath and so were many other good leaders. Steve jobs was also likely one, considering his complete disregard for charity and how casually he could be mean to people and play mind games with them to trick/force them to work long hours without sleep.
