Want to generate a passive income, besides stocks and what not I am looking for other ideas.

Right now I am thinking of making and selling ebooks, any advice on this matter would be appreciated.

Also any information regarding costs of hiring a programmer to design apps.

Could I make porn profitable?

Thanks

None of those ideas are passive. Passive means you put money down and you get cash coming in. Very little time is involved, basically only to check your bank account.

I don't think this is correct.

Passive in my eyes is creating something that is eventually self sustaining, whether by labor or financially.

Buy ETH, there is your passive income.

But honestly, passive income is a meme. There is no such thing. You work and then you get money.

Then it's not passive income. Passive income is an income received on a regular basis, with little effort required to maintain it. It is closely related to the concept of "unearned income". The American Internal Revenue Service categorizes income into three broad types, active (earned) income, passive (unearned) income, and portfolio income.

We're in agreement, the minimal maintenance is the heart and body of passive income.

Passive
>royalties from an eBook just sitting in Amazon.
>monthly subscription to OP's porn collection.

I think what we're questioning is how to set it up.

Create a crypto speculation bot and run it on your own hardware.

>crypto speculation bot

what is a crypto speculation bot and what does a crypto speculation bot do?

Extract thousands from biz

I'm a good writer, topic suggestions?
>>
Well regardless if it is passive or not is not that important. I'd have no problem having to continue working to maintain a steady income to live off of.

ETH is not a steady income at all. It's only a way to make nice little gainz while some Russians relax on a convenient ride to the moon.

What would be good ways to generate a good income?

I was thinking of short stories for like a dollar or three on Amazon, shit that'd attract a Niche among those that consume a book for breakfast.

If you're good and get a good fan base whatever you put up would sell for sure.

Are you the Godly history and other shit author from the other thread?

I think ebooks are as good as any other essentially worthless product. It'll come down to marketing, and how well you perform at competing for clicks.

There are some profitable markets you can tap into, but you can tap into those with anything ranging from ebooks, to sock puppets desu. Again it'll come down to everything other than the actual product.

I don't think I'm being too helpful here lol.

That's not really a guaranteed way to money though is it? Don't you need huge skill in AI or something?

I could make a basic bot easily. But how to make a profitable bot??

Buy property, assign the rental to a management company. That's about as passive as you can get. I own 5 properties (3 in GA, 2 in SC,) all assigned to property management companies. Each one rents for $1250, monthly cost (mortgage, taxes, insurance, and management fees) runs $850-1000 a month, each. Just over $1k a month in profit for me, just piling up in an account until I can enough down to buy another and add more to it. The fact that all the costs (except the management fees) come out of that account on autodraft, all I have to do is check on the 10th of every month, balance the book, and done.

Currently in the ebook game and generate enough from it to live comfortably. It is definitely not 'passive'.

As far as app design goes, just fucking learn to do it yourself. There are so many solid resources for coding online that paying anyone to do it (unless you've got money falling out of your pockets already, which I doubt because you're here) is a waste of cash.

>Could I make porn profitable?
lel
Of course. You could even have a ton of fun doing it if you're smart enough.
Just steal the backroom casting couch method. Rent some sort of space, post CL ads for girls who want to do porn, select the hot ones, fuck them on camera, post.
You'll need a healthy spin on the site, but being from 4chan I'm sure you can think of a few fetishes that you could work with.
Side note: Don't make it a paid membership site. Those vids will forever get stolen from others and posted for free. And unless you want to monitor all of your videos and contact other porn webmasters all day, let me reiterate, don't make it a paid membership site. Find some clever way to monetize the site (think outside the box. Like actually becoming a manager for all the sluts you've been banging and taking a cut from them).
