It actually works really well too so far.
>>
I'm down to 16 ETH from 21 ETH so I guess after 6 consecutive pumps
>>
>>1132522
You have 5 ETH. So if ETH goes to $10,000 you will have $50,000.

I expect this will happen sooner rather than later.
>>
>>1132535
Topkek
>>
>>1132535
its like that monera guy saying if 4 billion people used it we would all be rich.
>>
>>1132522
No, it doesn't. It is forever "looking for peers". It is shit.

So, if I sell a kidney on the black market for $20k, buy 2,222.222 ETH at $9, then I'd have $22,222,222? Sounds like a plan, Stan.

Trips confirm kidney idea. I only need one of these beans anyway. Anyone know a doctor that takes cash and can keep a secret?
>>
>>1132543
Reinstall it.
>>
>>1132517
>5

come on dude this shit goes public in like a week and you bought 5? even I have 130.

lets say it literally went to $1000. you made $5000, cool. I'll make 130K, or actually something like 300K because I have 2.5x leverage.

get your head in the game OP
>>
>>1132517
Thats how much I'm gonna be making in 2 months after I find a block mining ETH at 3MH/s, I'm gonna get rich!
>>
>>1132607
>trading ETH on leverage
>not just removing the coins from the exchange and safely stashing them offline

You're gonna get shlonged.
>>
>>1132633
the value still varies wether you have them offline or on polo
>>
>>1132743
Yeah, of course but poloniex could go mtgox or cryptsy- could be shut down or get hacked at any time. Crypto exchanges get hacked and shut down all the time.

Good luck getting your ETH back if that happens
>>
>>1132607
whens it going public?
>>
>>1132775
14th is the official release date of homestead.
>>
Do I have to do anything before downloading the wallet or I can just download it and run the exe file like installing a software?
>>
>>1133089
Download, unzip, and run wallet.exe
>>

I did but nothing happens

TO THE MOON
>>
>>1133102
No idea anon. i don't use winblows.
>>
>>1133103
24 hours for 0.4 ETH?
that's mean u uses 24 hours of electricity for $4 everyday?
>>
>>1133103
but how
>>
>>1133118

With a gpu that isn't shit.
>>
>>1133122
>a gpu

So one modern gpu pumps out .4 eth a day, currently? Whats the power usage from that like?
>>
>>1133123

I haven't done any hard calculations, but I'm not seeing any drastic increase on my utility bill. Then again, I've only got a 450w power supply in this thing. I'm using a GTX 970.
>>
>>1133123
Thats about $4 a day after electricity costs. But expect difficulty to rise massively in the near future.

Yes please. But realistically I'm thinking it'll top out anywhere between $100 and $1000
>>
>>1132753
Can't you just sell the ETH for fiat? Idk about Poloniex but on Kraken you can just directly sell the ether for money. I plan on just selling the ether and then withdrawing the money to my account.

Exchanges are more convenient.
>>
>>1133462
>>1133462
Exchanges are fractionally more convenient for many times the risk. You can just move your ETH to a paper wallet then send it back to your exchange account within a few minutes when you want to sell

I'm thinking one can muster up, at least, $2,000 from this.

What did you buy in at?

I have 5700 ETH, but my average buy-in was around 0.022 BTC.

Originally bought in at 0.0068, but made some bad decisions..... at least i'm not in the red.....

Most disgusting thing I have heard. Your parents failed when they raised a complete atheist like yourself.
>>
>>1134602
Maybe his parents and brother molested him and put cigarettes out on his face and are actually horrible people, don't assume stuff. Even if they didn't, he'll be able to replace all their furniture with much nicer stuff after ETH goes to the moon. They won't miss that crappy old furniture for a few days.
>>
>>1134602
This is bullshit. I'm what you call complete atheist, whilst I wouldn't ever do such a thing.

That aside, lurking on /biz/ gave me an idea to sync my BTC wallet and spend my last 0,5 or so on some weird-ass crypto. Why not to gamble. Only gotta wait over9000 hours or so.
>>
>>1134592
Fuuuuuuuuuuuck youuuuu.
>>
>>1134564
10-20, if that's too much, then 5 please, any amount is fine really.

Is there any legitimate interest in general Ether based services right now? Things like freelance sites or smart contract based classifieds? I'm a programmer by trade and could easily put stuff like that together, but I always get the sense that people are usually only in crypto to profit off trades, and that there's little real potential liquidity outside of exchanges. Thoughts?
>>
Can anyone send me some ethers? Kraken needs too long verifying and im afraid of buying to late :/

>>

The entire thing is going to get taken down by the first-ever blockchain virus. If it isn't me that makes it, it'll be some russian or chinese faggot. Don't hold your breath famalam, I want it to succeed too so I can make dosh off web hosting but realistically shit's not gonna happen.
