Living on the east coast of the US, I'm 25 with a net worth of $1.5k. I have completed 75% of an associate degree in computer network engineering from a local community college.
I have taken the past two years off because my heart just wasn't in it anymore. I would still like to work with computers, but I don't know if I can manage the school work. I was thinking of learning a skill.
Should I even bother finishing the AA degree? Most job requirements include BA, so if I'm not going to continue it is it just a waste?

AA are piss easy once you do the college general ed. Its literally just 4-5 courses in the field, and boom you got your fucking AA.
I mean then again, most employer's wouldn't wipe their ass with an AA.
Why not just go for the BA? You are only 25.

Don't I have to finish the AA? Or can I go right into a BA at another school?

as long as you have your transcript of all the coursework you've done, you can continue your schooling elsewhere.
But yes, you will have to do the AA coursework in order to start your BA.
You are not obligated to get an AA diploma, but you do have to complete those courses in order to take core classes towards the BA.
I live in the southern east coast and have an AA from a tech school. Network systems management.
Got an internship before I graduated. After I graduated I got a starting base salary of 42k. Currently at 54k with a 12-25% bonus each year.
If you stick with it you can make decent money
