You are running a business. It is slowly growing to the point that you have multiple stores/locations/units/what have you and you have multiple layers of management.
How do you fight corruption in your organization and the retarded 'management tells lower management' about 'surprise inspections' so that stores can muddle instead of always performing to standards?
I mean, I know standards don't always get met all of the time, but I've seen how low level employees work when they know that they only have to do the job perfectly once a month or even less often.
