God dammit /biz/.

I've spent the last four years trying to start businesses and I have nothing to show for it. Now I'm burnt out and am struggling to collect the motivation to keep going. How do I get out of this psyched-out weirdness and finally start a successful business?

>It's your psychology that's the problem

It's far more likely that you're just in business doing something which either:
1) there is no market for
2) there are far more established players and so you have little to no marketshare opportunity.

I'd suggest really carefully evaluating what you bring to the table before jumping into another venture. Basically, if you can't sell the idea to venture capitalists, you probably won't be able to sell it to consumers either.

Sorry to be a debbie downer, anon, but that's how I see it.

What was the business....

I have started 3.

If a business is not earning you a profit in 3 months it's time to call it quits. I started one and after a month it had not earned me anything so I moved on to something else.

Every business I started was low investment though (under $2,000).
