Drop the interests part, put the skills part above work experience (maybe consider dropping the "computer assembly" point, or at least moving it to the bottom of that section considering it isn't relevant), also use a resume template/layout to make it more presentable

Regarding the weed thing, they won't have you take a test until you have some sort of conditional offer

Keep in mind your audience. Ask yourself if you were the hiring manager would you care if an applicant was interested in drumming? Tailor your resume to show why you'd be an asset to the company you're targeting
