True. Knowing about STEM + humanities + a constant desire to know more about everything = OMFG HE TURNED IT NOT UP TO 11 BUT TO 14!

I think most thoughtful STEM people are natural good at studying humanities and will do so on their own if they have that constant desire.
This is in contrast with the single minded autist that is really good at one thing but has no breadth to turn it from a skill to a power.
