I probably have 20,000 hours logged on video games, and 40,000 wasted on the interNEET. Also, slight carpel tunnel.
But I'm 21 now bout to graduate w/ Econ major CS minor, so I guess I kept it under control in the grand scheme of things.
I'm VP and part owner of a company w/ ~400K profits this year. Feels good man.

Making sure to eat well. Cut out 90% of junk food, it really hurts your well being.
Going to church, not neccisarily the service, I mean joining a small group. I can't really explain it but you get really genuine help and love. Even if you are not a believer.
Reading. I try to read every night before bed for like 20 min. I had a few books that changed my life.
