dude one employee can make upwards of 100 per hour theyre not that complicated. The cup and drink probabaly total less than 5 cents assuming 2 refills, the dogs and buns are their own brand so theyre probs pretty cheap because they ARE the middleman, they probably get the toppings for pennies/pound, and they have no shortage of space.

Having said that, I'd bet that they at least break even on the food alone, factor in the foot traffic they generate and it's a win win
