So I created an eBay account a month ago or so. Tried to sell 2 items, and none of them sold.
Now I want to change my user ID (because the one I chose sucks), and buy some stuff to get lots of positive feedback to get sales.

Should I just close my eBay account and create a new one? Can I use the same PayPal for a new account?

Does anyone even look at the names? Just get some feedback as a buyer, cut your prices temporarily to below cost to get some seller feedback, and gradually raise prices as the 'positives' accumulate.

I just use whatever random shit they gave me. eBay is one of those almost perfect knowledge markets where the only thing that seems to matter is price and terms, unless you are selling unique stuff.
