How would someone with no experience get into IT industry.
Should I get an A+ or CCENT
How and what should I study?
Which one will get me a job in IT?
How long will it take?
Where would it be possible to get a job and at what title/position?

I am an EE undergrad and started looking at IT certs when I couldn't find a job in my own field (As a undergrad anyway)
