Today was my first loss since I started trading in the equity market last week, anons. Made 1.2k and in one day lost 2k trying to YOLO.

Anyway, I feel like shit. How do you cope with financial losses? How was your first loss?

You have to stop trading, I've already lost 8k on my 401k, but I don't worry about it. I've lost another 3k in the stock market, but when it rebounds I'll make it up then...until then I hold. The market always comes back, it's a yoyo. Stop panicking
