Looking for a reputable, cheap broker with a low minimum deposit, may sound impossible but I'm sure if there is one out there /biz/ knows. EU here.
pic related is great but their initial deposit is too high
just buy Goldman Sachs' second market IPO stock dum.. I mean valued shares offered at the initial IPO
u can tell the company is doing well because the net share price is 400,000x the net assets of the company! ;^)

if youre under 26 years old then they will allow a $3,000 minimum deposit. Should be the same for EU clients.
interactive brokers is great
they give you ALL the tools
their platform is kind of confusing at first but its pretty simple once you learn it and it offers a lot of customization
they have low commissions
the only thing i hate is their annoying security measures

I had a similar idea a few months ago but have no programming skills nor any way to implement this idea. But there really needs to be a decent crowdfunding for businesses.
I use scottrade.
Thier transaction fees are pretty low compared to simolar services ( but not as low as the bargin brokers) and the initial deposit is manageable.
I had limited options though due to my job though, or I might have gone with a discount broker. I don't use any of their research shit anyway, and since I am. " professional" according to the sec (debatable) my personal account has a fucking 15 minute delay built into it. Which is gay.

IB is the best. Hands down. In ten years they'll be the only guys left because Scottrade and those fags can't compete.
If you can use TDAmeritrade, do it.
Sign up through Dough and get rates lowered from $9.99 to $6.99. Not the lowest, but download ThinkOrSwim.
ToS is probably the best charting, and stock screening software out there for non professionals. In my day trading circle i don't anyone who uses anything different.
QTRADE OR TD AMERITRADE

why?
I use fidelity. I don't really recommend them but they're okay. They have an okay options commission structure which is what I trade at $0.75 per contract. I've bought some of their commission free mutual funds and ETFs too which are fine. You should decide first what you're going to be trading/investing in and look for the best platform for that.
thanks again, any other suggestions?
