How do I get hired at retail stores despite being ugly?

Just apply. A lot of times they will just move you to something not customer facing. My entire warehouse is full of ugly, fat, and heavily tattooed people.

I undestand if you want to work at some clothing store like at Forever 21 or shit but regular retail?
